

This summer, The Mandrake have collaborated with four artists, each creating their own universe inside a Cabana, producing four totally individual and exclusive art pieces.Īs The Mandrake itself is a living gallery, the Cabanas will be an extension of this. The Mandrake Cabanasįlanking the Jurema terrace, these private spaces cater for up to six guests to dine and drink together, returning to the closeness and intimacy we used to know and cherish. The menus also offer an extensive vegan selection for plant-based visitors. This year, Founder Rami Fustok invited four of his favourite artists to rework each space, giving them the brief of ‘bringing Jurema inside’ the result is a symphony of colours and textures, each a unique art piece for guests to immerse themselves in.Įach space is an ode to nature and the new menu, created by head chef George Scott Toft, also follows this ethos.Įach dish uses sustainable, low impact suppliers, including vegetables from Natoora, meat from The Ginger Pig and fish from Wild Harbour. Last year The Mandrake introduced their Cabanas four private dining rooms which can host parties of up to six. During lockdown, the team behind the infamous venue took the time to reimagine not only their menus, but how they could breathe life and celebration into post lockdown London. The Mandrake will once again inspire London as they open their evergreen doors to the city.
